KODAWARE STUDIO

Kodaware Studio is my home for building consumer products with the same care, discipline, and taste I have brought to products at scale.

I have built and managed products from zero to one for consumers, small businesses, and enterprises, used across hundreds of billions of dollars of internet activity. That experience shaped a simple belief: great products do more than work. They simplify life with elegance, earn trust, and create moments of delight.

I started Kodaware Studio because I believe consumer software can feel more thoughtful. We can solve real problems without making products feel cold, generic, or disposable. And we do not need to trade away data privacy, ownership, or security to build at scale. The studio is inspired by the Japanese idea of kodawari: a devotion to craft and to the small details people may not consciously notice, but always feel.

Today, I am focused on products around memory, family, travel, and the moments people want to hold onto. These are personal problems, built with care.
